Who am I, exactly? I consider myself an Extreme Agile Disruptive Recruiting Leader with a broad spectrum of experience and capabilities in talent management, global sourcing and recruiting, relationship building, networking, and employment branding.
I currently bring my expertise to Amazon as a lead diversity L&D program manager. I develop impactful learning and development curriculum to increase engagement and productivity of recruiters focused on marginalized underrepresented talents. I also led global recruitment campaigns and diversity trainings for Amazon Web Services, CommVault Systems, Manhattan Associates, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Equifax, Microsoft, and Home Depot in the past.
