Recruitmently provides career development services including but not limited to career coaching, resume writing, interview preparation, job search strategies, and career transition support. Our services are intended for individuals seeking career advancement or change.

5. Client Responsibilities

6. Payments and Refunds

All fees are as quoted at the time of purchase and are subject to UK VAT where applicable. Payments are due as specified in your service agreement. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Recruitmently.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Recruitmently shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the provision of services. This obligation survives termination of services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 14 days' written notice. Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
