Complete Meaningful Tasks and Projects
Each mentorship and project experience program runs for 12 weeks. During that time frame, you will learn core skills and build relevant experience by completing a series of tasks and projects that are set around different problems and challenges you will likely face in the profession or field you wish to pursue.
Connect and Work 1-on-1 with Your Mentor
Throughout the program, a mentor with expertise and experience in your chosen discipline will work with you. You can approach them for one-on-one sessions that will give you the opportunity to ask questions and gain insights, advice, and guidance.
Get Recruitment Support
Upon completion of the program, you will earn a digital certificate that showcases your new skills and experience. You will also receive a reference from your mentor, proving your participation in the program. Finally, you will have access to our recruitment team and get their support in working on your resume, job search, and interview.
