I’m a coach and mentor with over 12 years of professional experience. I hold a Master's Degree in Organization Development where the premise of the program is to develop individuals within organizations to impact business in a positive way. I am passionate about tech and its applications for the benefit of humanity and have extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment both at agency and enterprise levels, spanning such industries as entertainment, gaming, technology, biotech, and creative. I also have experience directly managing teams over multiple time zones, putting a strong emphasis on creating a positive work culture, fostering talent communities and emphasizing the importance of diversity and inclusion.
I'm currently working at Facebook in a talent acquisition capacity for the Partnerships business. My previous recruiting experiences were at Amgen, The Walt Disney Company, and various agencies within the Greater Los Angeles area.
